  2. Hold two Realtor tours, one for Windermere agents and one for other Portland agents. Most other Realtors hold only one tour.
  3. Market your home to your neighbors who may have interested friends.
  4. Alert local realtors about your home by networking with other realtors.
  5. Hold open houses every Sunday for the first 30 days.
